Working with clients from the US
Do you work with clients outside Germany?
Yes. I work with clients remotely, wherever they're based — calls, screen-sharing, and file exchange all happen online.
How do I pay from the US?
By international bank transfer or by card / secure payment link — whichever is easiest for you. Invoices are issued in EUR or USD by arrangement.
Will I be charged German VAT?
No. As an international client you're generally not charged German VAT — you pay the net amount on the invoice. Any tax in your own country is handled on your side.
How do we handle the time difference?
We schedule calls at a time that works in your time zone, and I keep things moving with clear written updates in between — so the time gap is never a bottleneck.
Which language do we work in?
English, start to finish — calls, documents, reports, and support.
Is my data handled securely?
Yes. I work to European GDPR standards — among the strictest data-protection rules in the world.
